Peter Thomas Roth Camu Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer Review
Hello Beautiful People,
How are you all?
Today, I am going to review a moisturizer which is made from Camu Camu berries which provides glow to your face. The product I am talking about is Peter Thomas Roth Camu Camu Power C X 30™ Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer. I gifted this to my mother this summer and she was using it daily and I can see the difference on her face and that glow forced me to try this moisturizer. As my skin is oily, I preferred using it in winters. I have heard a lot about Peter Thomas Roth Products, so I thought of gifting this to my mom as mature skin needs more care and tends to lose its glow more; I thought this would be the best thing to gift her, so here is the review.
Product Description:
A deeply nourishing moisturizer that supports natural collagen while brightening, smoothing, firming, revitalizing, and improving the appearance of uneven skin tone. The amazonian Camu Camu berry has 30 times the vitamin C of an orange. This highly concentrated vitamin C has superior absorption properties due to its low molecular weight allowing it to better penetrate the skin, support natural collagen production, brighten, smooth, firm, and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone along with fine lines and wrinkles. Powerful antioxidant Camu Camu with vitamins A, D, and E also helps revitalize the look of skin while helping to fight free radical attack.

My Experience with Peter Thomas Roth Camu Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer:
This moisturizer comes in an orange colored jar packaged in an airless jar to protect the light and air-sensitive ingredients. The airless jar packaging keeps ingredients stable, calm and durable. The creamy texture of the moisturizer is quite rich, but it gets absorbed quickly without feeling greasy. All you need is a pea-sized amount and it lasts for around three months.
After using this moisturizer for a month, I saw an improvement in uneven skin and my mom is using this from the last six months and her face is glowing day by day with less fine lines and wrinkles. It works great for wrinkle and fine lines around the eyes and chin. I am quite confused with the ingredient list adding plant extracts with vitamins *silly*.
Overall, this is one of the best anti-ageing creams my mother has used till date. The formula is more suitable for dry skin beauties though I have oily skin, but I used the moisturizer in this winter only, so no breakouts, but I won’t recommend this to acne-prone skin as the ingredients may result in skin irritation and breakouts.
Pros of Peter Thomas Roth Camu Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer:
- Creamy smooth texture feels great on skin.
- Absorbs quickly.
- Airless jar packaging.
- Improves the appearance of dull or uneven skin.
- Works fairly on fine lines and wrinkles.
Cons of Peter Thomas Roth Camu Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer:
- Expensive.
- Plant Extract mixed with Camu Camu may be skin irritant for acne-prone skin.
It's really a great product. It has healthy nutrients which are fresh and good for you. I add it to warm milk with cinnamon. I sleep more soundly as earlier.
