I am reviewing a perfume. I am not a fan of celebrity perfumes but some celebrities have done exceptionally well when it comes to perfumes. A few have made good and long-lasting fragrances and paid heed to what they are doing because most of the times a celebrity is least interested in the perfume making process and just slaps his or her name tag on the perfume.  One of such celebrity range of perfume that I like is Britney spears. I have heard Kim Kardashian’s range of perfume is also great. Well, I haven’t been able to lay my hands of the later one, but I have a few of Britney’s and would like to share them with you all.

Product Description:

Fantasy is the second fragrance by Britney Spears. This is a love potion locked up in an attractive bottle adorned with Swarovski crystals. Fantasy is a sensual and gourmand scent. It opens with fruity mix of litchi, golden quince and kiwi. The provocative heart is composed of jasmine and white chocolate. The base combines orris root, musk and woods.

Packaging:

It comes in a beautiful round bottle which looks like a bottle straight out of fairy tales that have magic potion in them. It’s very beautiful. In fact, all the “Fantasy” range of perfumes have similar bottle but in different colour. The pink round bottle has crystals all over it and I love it.

My Experience with Britney Spears Fantasy Eau De Parfum:

I have used quite a few sweet sugary perfumes, but I haven’t smelt anything quite like it. It is very different from the stuff available in the market these days. I know it doesn’t have that depth and dynamism which a good perfume should have, but I reach for it quite often because it smells like white chocolate and cupcakes. Now, we all know food is my weakness.  Fantasy is an inexpensive celebrity perfume, but if compared to any designer brand, it holds its space because it very unique and the longevity is just out of the world. On me, it can easily last the whole day and at times more than that. Even if it is not to your taste, you will strangely not hate it. There is something in this perfume that every girl likes and that is why this perfume has stood the test of time and is still around.

The opening notes are like a burst of sugary fruity candy-ish delight, but as time passes, it gets warmer, smoother and sweeter. It’s not a candy-bubble-gum-sugar–candyfloss type of sweet, it is a sensual, romantic sweet. I will say it is “classy sweet.” This fragrance is for the everyday girl with a mysterious side. Although many people say this is a scent for the summer, my opinion is that it is perfect for the winter too! So sweet and warm.

It’s not one of the most unique scents which is fun and not at all serious.The moment I spray it I feel like laughing and at ease with everything around me basically I get in the mood for fun, jokes and laughter. It smells utterly girly and yummy!

Cons of Britney Spears Fantasy Eau De Parfum:

• I don’t have any cons for this fragrance as I think it is a must try for every girl or women. This perfume will not disappoint anyone and being inexpensive it is at par with any expensive designer fragrance.
