5 Best Homemade Egg Face Packs
I had read long ago that the secret the the taut glowing skin the Japanese women have is owing to the egg white masks they use. Well, simple egg white used for 15 minutes or egg yolk used for 2o-30 minutes can do wonders to your skin and get you that pore-less finish. Take a look at some other face masks you could make using egg as the main ingredient.
Egg white and lemon juice face mask:
Separate the white of the egg and whisk it a little, till is is slightly frothy, add a spoon full of lemon juice if your skin is sensitive, use lesser or adjust,apply this on the face for about 15 minutes, wash off with cool water.This is great for oily skin and open pores.
Egg white and oats face pack:
Works best for oily and combination skin, this mask is great and gentle on delicate skin too.I like to powder the oats first a bit and then add the egg white to it, make a convenient mixture that adheres to the skin, use for 20 minutes and wash off.
Egg yolk and olive/almond oil face pack:
This is great for dry skin needless to say but if you have oily skin, add a few drop of lemon and lesser quantity of oil and use this concoction for 15 minutes and wash off with warm water. This is great for both oily and dry skin when used appropriately like mentioned.
Egg yolk and honey face mask:
This is again beneficial for dry and normal skin, add a spoonful of honey to egg yolk whisked a bit, and apply this for 20 minutes and wash off with cold water.This will make your skin glow instantly and soften it too.
Egg , honey and coconut oil face pack:
This is the best face pack for dry skin this winter,add a few drops of coconut oil to whisked egg (whole),that has been whisked a bit, and you can add honey as well if you like, but coconut oil and egg mix will do wonders for dry skin.
